People who are believed to be in the UK without a visa, living freely with an extradition request pending since June:

Maksim Bakiev, son of previous president of Kyrgyzstan, wanted by Interpol on charges of fraud, embezzlement of public funds (on a grand scale) and by the Kyrgyz government in connection with the June uprising which displaced millions and killed thousands of ethnic Uzbeks in Kyrgyzstan. Currently represented by Carter-Ruck.
